Introduction 

Expressions Dance meets in the church hall during term time. We welcome new people to join us.

Dance is recognised to be an excellent way of keeping fit in body mind and spirit.

Each week, we explore different aspects of movement in worship: for fun, as meditation, as celebration and as prayer.

Sylvia has been leading a Dance Zoom every Monday since December. 

It is a good way to get together and worship God.

Sylvia would like to invite anyone, who is feeling isolated on a Monday afternoon but can use Zoom, to contact her and join in – to participate in whatever way suits them – the only requirement is a worshipful heart.

We are a close group who support each other in prayer.  We dance a variety of styles of liturgical dance including flags, dance and sign, messianic and free expressive movement.
