The Life of Christ

Our church has been invited to travel in a coach with those who worship at the BART (Birling, Addington, Ryarsh and Trottis- cliffe) churches to take part in “The Life of Christ” re-enactment on the Wintershall Estate near Guildford.

This is a powerful outdoor drama, which takes you back in time to when Jesus lived on earth. We will follow the actors who will be in full costume, moving through the beautiful grounds with its lakes and ancient woodlands, from Christ’s birth to His Ascen- sion. It is all outside and there is no cover.

You need to take food and drink for the whole day and a fold up chair or something to sit on, on the ground. Some of the ground is a little uneven, and an adult buggy can be booked if necessary. It is suitable for any children over 8 years of age (if accompanied by an adult).

Tickets are:

Adults = £20

Students (19-25 yrs) = £12

Child (3-18) = £9.50

Family ( 2 adults and 2 children) = £50.

Transport will be extra – approx. £12.50 pp.

Please tell Valerie if you are interested: she has a few leaflets.

Look on the website: www.wintershall.org.uk.

It will be an amazing day out.
